Yours truly was invited to be a curator, and it has been so much fun scouring eBay for fabulous finds. Here are a few of my fave pieces that are on my recent must have list: sparkly baubles like a cocktail ring and J.Crew necklace, menagerie drawings for the wall, a gold etagere, a hand painted cocktail tray and champagne coupes! Le sigh. Everything a lady needs to glam up her home, wardrobe, and happy hour.

We saved the ultimate post for our wedding today. I’m currently walking down the aisle at Sunstone Villa, so we thought what better way to give you a sneak peek than to share with you an event that recently took place their. Anna Rice and Heather Saarloos of Style Deconstructed designed a 40th birthday party at the Villa this winter and invited girlfriends over for a sumptuous feast and a glamorous setting. Sunstone is one of those places that is gorgeous in images, but is even more breathtaking to visit in person. You are immediately whisked to an different place and time. There is absolutely no place on earth like Sunstone and I could never ever in my wildest dreams imagined that I would get to be married at such a beautiful place.

The DRESS! The most important part of the day (well…almost!). As you know, my dress designer is Kirstie Kelly. She created a custom gown for me and the experience was so incredible, we are putting together a “making of the dress” for you to see. For now, here are a few more of her gowns:

The ever so lovely Carol Hannah Whitfield made me the most perfect custom dress and I honestly can’t decide when to wear it because this puppy deserves a full moment of glory.
