I’m slightly obsessed with jewelry. Ask people who know me…I never leave a clothing store without a new pair of earrings or a necklace. That means I’m always on the lookout for something a little more unique that will withstand the ebb and flow of trends. Case in point: I can’t tell you how many Forever21 necklaces are collecting dust on my shelves because they aren’t cool anymore. (Don’t worry, I still love you Forever21…you’re too affordable to abandon).
That being said, one of my favorite design elements in jewelry is filigree…it’s so vintage! I’d love a filigree engagement ring. I know, I know. Filigree would cover up your expensive diamond. Blah blah blah. But whatever. I love it that much.
That being said, if I’m up for splurging (and not by much) on one of my favorite Etsy shops is Frederika’s Vintage Filigree. Their work is enchanting and romantic and totally splurge worthy. With earrings starting at $27, my pocketbook can totally handle the plunge.
