This little styled anniversary session took place on a gorgeous Spring morning in the Presidio in San Francisco. Photographer Rebecca Yale found a little Secret (wild!) Garden spot in the park that felt straight out of a fairy tale and photographed as the sun broke through the clouds and illuminated the morning. The bride and groom, Deborah and Jake, had an intimate wedding where she wore orange, so for this shoot they decided to go all out with a gorgeous ball gown and a dashing tux to match.
“Of course there must be lots of Magic in the world,” he said wisely one day, “but people don’t know what it is like or how to make it. Perhaps the beginning is just to say nice things are going to happen until you make them happen.” ― Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Secret Garden
