Inspired by Claude Monet,Blooming Wed and a team of incredible creatives set out to create a design that epitomized the mood of the impressionist painter’s Houses of Parliament. In his response to the poetry of dusk and mist, Monet used the colors grey and dusty blue, conveying the peacefulness of the late afternoon in London. The team used the same palette to elicit a similarly calm and serene sensibility. Purple, pink, orange and yellow hues of the sunset add an element of vibrancy to the painting and to the floral design by Elevn Fleur, artful food and drinks by Betty Zlatchin Catering. Airy calligraphy by JK Design is showcased in a textural stationery suite and Knead and Nourish created a scene-stealing, painterly cake. The overall mood is incredibly dreamy and Cat’s Lens Photography captured it all in these lovely images.

Today we bring you a Tuscan-inspired shoot in the foothills of Tennessee. In the words of The Gifford Collective, “Let’s face it. Not all of us can swing a destination wedding in Tuscany no matter how much our hearts desire a celebration spent sipping Chianti in the gorgeous Italian countryside.”  With this truth in mind, the team set out to create that same that warm and earthy feeling at Meadow Hill Farm just south of Nashville. Details include living centerpieces by Gradient and Hue, hand-lettered bread wrappers and shimmery copper menus by Fanciful Ink, Italian-made glazed ceramic wall tile seating chart installation and a hand-painted 3-tier cake adorned with greenery and tomatoes by Copper Whisk Cakes. Touches of terra cotta and an abundance of effortless European flair, the film images captured by Cassidy Carson Photography are sure to inspire all our Tuscan-loving couples.

The Maxwell House is a historic Spanish Revival venue located in Pasadena and XOXO Weddings led the team behind today’s inspiration shoot as they paid homage to the venue with a “Vintage Havana” theme. They paired tropical elements like the amazing florals by La Rosa que Crecio, with soft vintage textures to add romance. Paper goods and calligraphy are by Fiber & Dye and ice cream is from GourmeletasXO & Fetti Photography was behind the lens and—lucky for us—she captured all the happy vibes and inspiration in these lovely images.
