Dusty Pastel and Floral Mountain Elopement
photography by The Blush Creative
Jennifer and her wildfire firefighter groom Chris are stunning in this lovely mountain elopement shoot from The Blush Creative. We’re especially fond of the the florals and color palette set against nature’s landscape of glowing pastels. The rich, earthy tones and subtle hues of Wild & Wayward‘s gathered arrangements offer a vibe of fresh, romance while organic details like raw silk ribbons and fruit accents keep things textured and relaxed. The style is perfect for this intimate elopement and we can’t help ourselves but image it translated to a larger celebration against the mountain views.
Since Chris is a wildfire firefighter it was only fitting for him to choose to propose in the an intimate mountain top setting. Taking Jenny away for a romantic picnic and surprising her with a gorgeous gold diamond ring while overlooking unbelievable mountain views.
Jenny went with a beautiful light blue velvet wrap dress to keep with a soft palette. The long length and feminine structure of the dress added the romantic feeling. Chris went with a dark pant to add some contrast and suspenders for a timeless feel. A simple white dress shirt kept it classic.
The best part of the day would have to be the moment when they stood alone on the side of the mountain whispering their vows. You could feel the love by watching their reactions to each other. There was something so beautiful and sweet about them wanting to keep their vows private. Adding that to the heavenly scenery, it was an unbelievable moment.
The couple met through mutual friends.
