I want to become a society lady Rockin' a new rock?!

As Bryan and I get closer to the wedding, one of my projects is bridesmaid gifts! We were recently introduced to our newest sponsor, Ooh Baby Designs, and immediately fell in love with their bright chevron bridesmaid bags! I particularly love Ooh Baby because they even offer monogram services, to make your bags extra personal! You know Lady Grey loves bright and bold, so these are totally my style (plus they even offer darling infinity scarves to go with)! Each quality handmade bag offers outer fabric in designer cotton print in on trend patterns such as chevron, nautical stripes, and polka-dots! The inner lining is even waterproof.

We think you will too.

We heart Luna Bazaar parasols! Bryan and I are getting married in the summer, and I just KNOW it’s going to be blazing hot during our ceremony. SUPER annoying. We decided to invest in some parasols to keep everyone cool, shaded, and sunburn free. We chose Luna Bazaar (who happens to be one of our sponsors–but we so heart them!) because their parasols come in TONS of gorg colors, so it was easy to match our colors!

The parasols are fun because they also work as great decor elements.

And of course they are fun for gorg photo ops!

You can even DIY a little extra on top for your flower girls! Loved this posy parasol project from Martha Stewart!

Oh yeah, and when you are done with them, I love the idea of using them in your home, like this West Elm window display. So dang cool!

Darlings, are you as obsessed with vintage engagement rings as we are? If you are a fiance-to-be, (or on the hunt for a right hand ring–let’s be real–who doesn’t want one?) then you must check out our newest sponsor, Trumpet and Horn. Their rings are oh so lovely and shout personality. Trumpet & Horn is a carefully curated collection of vintage engagement rings and antique jewelry for the modern, one-of-a-kind woman. Vintage meets modern, darlings. Every piece in the Trumpet & Horn collection has a unique, never-ending story. By passing on vintage jewelry to new owners, Trumpet & Horn helps contribute to the richness of the story by adding your chapter.

When Bryan and I first started looking for rings, I knew I wanted something vintage. While we didn’t end up finding the perfect fit, I wish I had known about Trumpet and Horn–I’m still a little sad every time I see one of these beauties–the are so beyond unique! These are the kind of rings you’d plan your entire wedding around, so we’ve done that just for you. Why not match your cocktails to your ring? Or your bouquet? The possibilities are endless!

A few extra details about Trumpet and Horn that are worth knowing:

1. All of their vintage pieces are one-of-a-kind. Once it’s gone, it’s gone!
2. They specialize in engagement rings, but carry a selection of rare fine jewelry as well. Some very rare pieces date back to the mid 1800’s while others are considered Victorian, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Edwardian, Retro, and Modern.
3. They offer FREE overnight shipping both ways and complimentary ring sizing on every purchase (also with free shipping both ways). They want purchasing a ring to be as easy and risk-free as possible.
4. Their gemologist concierge (Jen) is available by phone or e-mail Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM PST to help you find that perfect ring.
5. They offer “Surprise Me” rings – vintage inspired knot rings in silver, gold, or oxidized silver that hold the place of the “real” ring for the proposal. This ensures the proposal is a surprise, and she gets to pick out the real ring. They even offer an exchange program for the “surprise me” rings – if she doesn’t want to keep it, it can be exchanged for a credit towards the real ring from T&H.
6. Their vintage rings are all in good-excellent condition and have been inspected by certified gemologists. Each diamond ring comes with a certification from an independent laboratory and a guarantee. They have beautiful, unique rings at all price points, ranging from $500 – $35,000+.
7. They “release” new rings through an e-mail newsletter every Tuesday at 8AM PST. Anyone who wants a first look at their new inventory should sign up for their mailing list to receive these e-mails.

One of our incredibly lovely stationery designers in the Grey Collective, Courtney Khail, is offering a really fun giveaway today that I know you’re going to love. As a stationer, Courtney creates custom hand painted art for each of her client’s paper suites, but she’s noticing that brides and grooms want her art for their walls too. Taking all of that into consideration, she decided to launch her own line of watercolor paintings. Just like her invitations, each one is individually hand painted and inked by her in her style and will feature an illustration created especially for you.

I personally ADORE the idea of having your bridal bouquet painted! What a perfect way to capture that memory! Or maybe you love to cook and would like to have springs from your herb garden painted for your kitchen, or maybe you just have a killer pair of vintage earrings you’d love her to illustrate and paint for your bedroom.

So we’re offering a giveaway to one lucky winner! To enter, just leave a comment and tell us what you’d want painted!

All the contest rules and details are below, so be sure to check it out. To enter a second time, feel free to tweet to @ckhail about the contest or like Courtney’s Facebook page here.

The winner must respond within 1 week of winning and submit their art request within 1 week after that. If she fails to do that, another winner will be chosen. For everyone who doesn’t win, Courtney is offering a 10% discount off any order you place by Dec. 1st, 2012. (All you need to do is email her and mention Grey!). Everything comes gift wrapped in a glossy white box with a chocolate colored satin bow and a hand painted Courtney Khail Stationery and Design tag. Perfect if it’s a gift for someone (or a gift for yourself!)
