Lily and Roman were married in Tepic, Mexico. They decided to devote an hour on their wedding day (between the ceremony and reception) to their portrait session. I realize squeezing time in for a photo shoot mid-wedding is tough to do. It’s why so many couples are reworking tradition and opting for a first look to give themselves more time for photos. Obviously each couple is different in terms of how they decide to structure their day. What I do know is that setting aside time (regardless of when that is…pre-ceremony, mid-wedding, or day after) is important! With all this investment in your photographer, it would be a little crazy to only give them 15 minutes to get the loveliest images you’ll ever hope to have. Okay. I know that’s a little dramatic, but you get what I’m saying! If you can manage it, squeeze in more than a few minutes for you photos…you’ll be glad you did!
Loving the Mexico vibe that I get from these pictures of Lily and Ramon shot by Ariel Nay Nebeker.
