I always love featuring photographer’s own weddings. I find they use their experience to help create celebrations that are uniquely personal. Janine and Joel’s wedding shot by Rebekah J. Murray is exactly that. DIY. Creative. And absolutely lovely!
Here’s what Rebekah had to share:
Joel and Janine’s wedding was on a bright whimsical day in October, as both photographers themselves they’d obviously been to plenty of weddings and seemed to include only and everything that made for the best of days. The ceremony was behind a local plant nursery on a creek, having a venue already covered with flowers is a brilliantly simple solution. Their reception was at a place called the Aviary, second floor tables overlook the dance floor and they had a local coffee company keep the guests well-caffeinated. All the decoration details were made or collected by the bride and her coordinator, and truly reflected their simple but fun-loving personalities.
