When photographer Cassi Claire inherited her late-grandmother’s china, she recalls her “14 year-old self thinking it was old lady china.” But when she pulled the set out of the garage over 10 years later it was like seeing it for the first time with new eyes—she was in LOVE. Cassie was so inspired by the red, depression glass china that she envisioned this gorgeous styled elopement around it. It’s filled with deep red florals and surrounded by lush greens and a woodlands setting with a touch of the past in details like the caped, vintage bridal gown and the calligraphy invitations by Bonne Nouvelle Design. The florals by Wild Floral Designs are spectacular—a great twist on a traditional winter color palette. And of course Cassi Claire captured all the beautiful details and some really breathtaking woodlands scenery for our eternal enjoyment!
