‘Tis the season of one of our favorite things here at Grey Like Weddings—curling up under our faux-fur throws and sipping on hot toddies while admiring our lovely (though painstakingly-arranged-but-looks-casually-elegant) holiday decor. Sounds perfect, right? Well this adorable winter editorial from incredible talent, Kati Mallory, is essentially the bridal inspiration incarnation of our favorite cold-weather past time. It’s filled to the brim with cozy knitted texture, a simplified, bare tablescape and a winter color palette of neutral ivory, gray and brown. Kati, photographer and stylist, chose to “…photograph this in the middle of the woods – one, because it paired so well with our color palette – but also because it really highlighted the bareness of winter.” Florist Silks A Bloom created a stunning and muted winter bouquet incorporating soft, white flowers and lots of evergreen-centered greenery – plants that thrive during this time of year. So if you’re looking for something to kick you into the seasonal spirit, this is just the thing and we know you’re going to love it!
