I want to become a society lady Rockin' a new rock?!

Ivory Elegance Events was inspired by The Empyrean, or the place in the highest heaven during the creation of this Lush Opulent Elegance editorial. In literature, it is known as the dwelling place of blessed, celestial beings so divine that they are made of pure light. The Biltmore Hotel set the scene , with its Mediterranean architecture and classic Italian, Moorish, and Spanish influences. Delicate details, floral motifs and ethereal, organic elements shine in the work of florist Lynette Rose Co., and baker Earth and Sugar. It’s all captured here in these fine art film images by Erin Traum.

We’re kicking off this holiday week with a festive editorial at Pursell Farms from Davy Whitener and Mariee Ami . The colors and details were inspired by a painting of a pheasant—the richness of the teal blue paired with burgundy, rust and different shades of brown creating the perfect fall palette. The juxtaposition of the rustic details paired with the refined elements made for the perfect combination of sophistication and southern charm. Florals are by Alchemy Event Studio and floral adorned cake by Barb’s Cake with paper by Mariee Ami.

The Forme is a brand new wedding venue located in Burbank LA. It was used as an active studio lot for Hollywood films and television shows for years and is now a modern wedding venue serving up a blank canvas for creative couples. Stylish Details Events transformed the space into an eclectic fete filled to-the-brim with dusty pink, peach and coral florals by Olive and Blooms and a mid-century-inspired tablescape complete with modern sage-hued chairs. Introductions were made beautiful with a stationery suite by Eclaire Paperie and Fantasy Frostings came through with a whimsical, modern cake. We’re loving all the super-fun inspiration and it’s al captured here by Corrie Lynn Photography.

Set at the breathtaking Beaulieu Garden, this beautiful editorial brought the inspiration of a 1950’s Al Fresco dinner party to life. Produced and styled by Carrie Moe of Type A Society, the look incorporates a palette of rich blues and deep greens in design details that highlight the decadent charm and ultra-chic fashion of the 1950’s. The dining table features vintage blue and white china, and is filled with fruits and matching colorful florals by Marigold. Paper design is by Aerialist Press and a spectacular graphic white cake by Frosted Cakery nods to the gorgeous Carolina Herrera gown. Lucky for us, the incredible Julie Kay Kelly was behind the lens capturing all the beauty of the shoot in these gorgeous film images.
