I want to become a society lady Rockin' a new rock?!

Tuscany is one of the most popular elopement destinations in Italy. Most couples marry during the summer months, but the fall season has its own advantages, namely in the lack of crowds and tourists, but also the beautiful colors of the landscape. Weddings in Tuscany designed this stunning shoot at Villa Catignano to celebrate the visual potential of an autumn Italian elopement incorporating the palette of the season with browns and neutrals, along with shades of red from the vineyards and the foliage, lilac and pastel for the sunset and bright greens found throughout Tuscany. Heaven Flowers created the lovely florals, Sprekelmann lended her talented hand with the calligraphy and Esther and Gabe Fine Art Photography captured it all in these dreamy images.

We’re swooning over this amazing indoor wedding inspiration captured by photographer and host Rachel Solomon, and planning, styling and florals by Amber Reverie. The natural light in The Loft Studio Lehi is the perfect setting to highlight the natural hues of gently aging silver, and deep color palette of the hellebore, tinted ranunculus, sweet pea, lilac and juniper that were used in this shoot. Kelsey Malie Calligraphy created the most gorgeous invitations; simple, elegant, timeless; evidence that your stationery can be one of the key elements in the collective beauty of the whole picture.

Influenced by the natural patina of antique silver, this indoor wedding design was curated using elements that manifest the organic beauty that special objects develop over time. As metals age, they take on an iridescent quality with tones of sepia, purple and subtle teal. This palette was reflected in the deep pigments of the flowers. Tender spring blooms like hellebore, tinted ranunculus and sweet pea, and fragrant lilac were paired with sculptural branches and rugged juniper.

Bathed in subdued window light, we kept the design elements surrounding our real couple few and significant, allowing their love and natural chemistry to shine through. The bride was draped in a billowing silk shift, adorned simply with a striking brown diamond ring. Together, they nestled comfortably into a natural nook, created with clusters of juniper and foraged bits.

Heirloom elements, including classical wax seals on handmade paper, spools of softest silk, a homemade pavlova wedding cake and an antique wedding crown of tiny waxed flowers, further communicated the depth of their commitment.

You guys are going to love this gorgeous, masculine anniversary shoot from an uber-talented team headed up by 36th Street Events. We love the pop of deep red in the florals by Davy Gray and the sophistication of the rich textures and modern typography in the stationery by Bird Walk Press. What we love most, though, is the beautiful sentiment behind these images captured by Ashley Bosnick Photography. Sean and Wyatt’s dating anniversary has always been important, because, up until a few years ago, a marriage was out of the question. The now married couple explains that for them their wedding anniversary and this shoot “captured our celebration for a new chapter that wasn’t totally new: a top-coat on an already solid foundation, reflection on two lives joined for decades, and a chance to enjoy our lives with our group of true friends and true family.” And isn’t that truly what this whole wedding thing is all about. Enjoy!

It all began on a rainy night, December 12th 1996 when we first met. Our dating anniversary has always been memorable because because it was the most important (a wedding was out of the question at that point). Over the years, we’ve had memorable and hilarious anniversary moments: on our 12th anniversary, we found ourselves at a chic Amsterdam McDonald’s since we arrived too late for a proper dinner.

After our small and quiet California wedding in 2014, we had a shiny new anniversary date suitably ready for celebration with our chosen friends and family. It’s more than a date on the calendar and ticker on the clock. It’s progress, precious aging, a reflection on growth, and appreciation of time.

For us, the photo shoot captured our celebration for a new chapter that wasn’t totally new: a top-coat on an already solid foundation, reflection on two lives joined for decades, and a chance to enjoy our lives with our group of true friends and true family. Walking in bluebonnets (who enjoy a springly anniversary in sync with ours) or running the grounds with our boy Barrett mean the penultimate in happy moments, fond reflection, and awesome new memories.

We’re loving this masculine-inspired shoot at The 1912 —a brand new Santa Ana venue. The creatives, led bySugar Branch Events, were inspired by copper, leather, cement and whiskey and sophisticated vibe. Add in a real couple in love and the shoot is sure to inspire. We’re definitely digging the unique floral designs by The Bloom of Time and the gorgeous food styling by 24 Carrots. And, what’s more perfect for a groom than whisky-inspired details?? Check out these beautifully captured images by Brett Hickman Photographers for all the details!

From the team: The shoot centered around a farmhouse table covered with a rich cognac leather runner and white blooms. Each type of flower was arranged in its own vase for a masculine touch, and paired with greenery, copper-sprayed eucalyptus and suede-like magnolia leaves. Each set of matte gray plates was wrapped in a metallic hand-lettered leather strap to serve as the place card, and was accented with a deep blue cotton linen napkin loosely wrapped with a black velvet ribbon. Maidenhair fern favors planted in handmade cement and copper pots served as the individual favor at each setting. Small bottles of bourbon served as the escort cards, wrapped in a copper, hand-painted sleeve. Catering included a miniature Bites & Shots menu of succulent beef with dark beer shooters and Moscow mules (in tiny copper cups) paired with the cutest little sliders you ever did see!

To add a touch of personality that might suit the gay community, the paper goods utilize slight innuendos to classic gay culture (like the invitation attire reference to a “white party,” outshining the bride, and the word “commitment”). Even the signature drinks are a reflection of the masculinity and spicy Latin culture of our gentlemen couple.
