I want to become a society lady Rockin' a new rock?!

The blue watercolor walls of the Ampersea, a waterfront venue in Baltimore, inspired the modern, textural vibes of this inspiration shoot planned and style by Moore & Co. Events. Organic, gathered florals and ceremony arrangements by Steelcut Flower Company add soft texture to the contemporary elements in white, grey and black accents.  Cheer Up Letterpress created the clean, letterpress stationery and the sleek tailoring of the Modern Trousseau gown feels totally fresh. Jen S Photography was behind the lens capturing all the details and we’re exited to share the images with you today!

The team behind this Dark Romance inspiration shoot took their design cues from the moody floral wallpaper adorning the halls of the Hotel Monaco. Rich, velvety textures and candlelit details exude the very essence of modern romance. Calligraphy stationery is by Judith Browne, jewel-toned florals are by Posy and dramatic cakes are by The Butterwood Bake Consortium. Floral accessories like the bride’s Ted Baker shoes and groom’s dinner jacket add modern flair and Grey Collective member Palermo Photo was on hand to capture all the drama and the details in these film photographs.

Photographer Erika Aileen and florist Dogwood & Twine had one starting point behind the vision for this bohemian inspiration shoot—yellow.  Capitalizing on the many gorgeous blooms in the yellow hue family the team created a light and modern look that’s tastefully full of color. Juxtaposing the soft, luscious blooms with the sleek modern elements like Artifact Uprising invitations and flatware from Hearth & Hand with the patina of the abandoned building space helped communicate the effortless nature of the organic, whimsical bride.

Inspiration is truly everywhere. The team behind this shoot was inspired by the beauty of something simple: mussels. The dark and stormy color and texture of mussels with its many facets of blue and grey, the simple shape of mussels, and their beautiful iridescence led them to the Contemporary Art Museum. The simple shape of the mussels and the minimalism of the art museum inspired Absolutely IN! Events to incorporate mid-century modern pieces, and the watercolor stationery form Pretty Together with its layered colors and soft movement carried the feeling even further. Gathered, unruly florals by Belli Fiori complemented the look while our friends over at Carretto Studio captured it all.

Photographer Ulviyya Mammadova attended Tamara Gigola‘s workshop in Kazbegi, Georgia—a breathtaking locale known for its natural beauty and mind-blowing mountain view—and the result is this stunning “Intertwined Hearts” inspiration shoot.  Minimalistic, organic details is the design by Peony Studio Events including gathered wild flowers by Katerina Kazakova & Nastasya Panina, woven macrame and headpiece. Black color in the stationery and the cake brought in an even more dramatic and aristocratic mood that’s sure to ignite inspiration in all our bohemian brides.
