Grey Likes Weddings Rockin' a new rock?!

After the initial excitement of getting engaged, it is only a matter of time before you dive in to your wedding plans. That usually means attending a bridal show or two. After attending those shows, you will come home with recycle grocery bags full of  business cards, pamphlets, sample photo strips, pens, post it notes, the works. Now what do you do with it all? Here are a few great ways to keep you and your wedding planning committee {fiancé, mom, bridesmaids, etc.} organized.

Enjoy your engagement but if you aren’t hiring a wedding planner try to spread out your planning instead of cramming all of the planning into a too-short period of time.

Buy a calendar or datebook. Lady Kacie put together a great timeline for your wedding, Russel + Hazel also have  wedding templates for your binder. Start plotting out dates & to-dos! There will be nothing better than crossing off those to-dos with a red pen!

Set aside time with your fiancé to focus on important wedding details that involve the two of you {for example, some grooms may not care about the color of linens but will care about the music}.

Delegate!! Don’t take on more than you can handle. People will be more than willing to help and offer, all you have to do is ask. But don’t forget to write a thank you note!

Let us know your best ways of getting organized! Do you keep all of your details online or in a wedding binder?
